Here are the steps to stop the renewal of your services or cancellation request.

1- You connect to your client area at this address https://client.citeglobe.ca/clientarea.php

If it is for a domain name, you made;

2a If you wish to terminate the renewal of a domain name, you go to the "Active Domaine" menu
3a You choose the domain name does not renew.
4a You go to the "Automatic renewal" tab
5a you disable automatic renewal.

Upon the expiration of the domain name, it will not be renewed and the service will be terminated.

If it is for a shared hosting Package.

2b- You go to the "Active Services" menu
3b- You choose the Service you wish to interrupt.
4b- You go to the option of the blue "Management Tools"
5b- You choose "Request Cancellation"
6b- The system asks you the choice of the end of period (Immediate or End of Period).
7b- If you have a domain name associated to your account, he will ask for you if you wish also to end it.
8b You will receive an email confirming your request.

Once done, a email information will be sent to the payment gateway to stop the levy and the system also retain the IP address of the applicant for cancellation.
