NOTICE: For domain names only non-hosted on our servers.

Here are the steps to make a change to the recording. MX, A, TXT or CNAME of one of your domain names.

1- Log in to your client area at: https://client.citeglobe.ca/clientarea.php

Once in your customer account:

2- Click the Domains link.

3- Click on the domain name you want to manage.

4- Then you go to the left section Manage

5- You click on the link DNS Management

6- A new sub-menu will be available under the name DNS Management

You will then be able to edit, add or delete the MX, A, TXT SPF and CNAME records associated with your domain name.

7- When finished, you click on: Add Record.

Once the changes are made, the probagation of the new DNS, can take between 24-48 hours.
